Don Mills Station is the eastern terminus of Line 4 Sheppard on the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) subway system. It is located at the intersection of Sheppard Avenue East and Don Mills Road in the North York district of Toronto.

The station is fully accessible and has four levels:

• Level 1 (Street): This level has three entrances, one on each side of Sheppard Avenue East and one inside the Fairview Mall parking garage. There is also a passenger pick-up and drop-off area at the north side entrance. 
• Level 2 (Bus Concourse): This level has a bus platform where you can connect to TTC and York Region Transit (YRT) buses. There is also an elevator and stair access to the Fairview Mall parking garage entrance.
• Level 3 (Concourse): This level has the fare gates and collector booths. There is also an elevator and escalator access to all other levels of the station. 
• Level 4 (Subway Platform): This level has the island platform for Line 4 Sheppard trains. There is an elevator and escalator access to the concourse level.
