Toronto’s Eglinton station is on Line 1 Yonge-University, making it a key transit hub in the Yonge-Eglinton neighborhood. Currently, it’s the seventh busiest station on the TTC network. Interestingly, the station’s history goes back to 1922, when it served as a streetcar facility. Today, it’s slated to become an even more important connection point as Line 5 Eglinton, currently under construction, will be completed in 2024.

Escalators:

    • Concourse level to Line 1 platform (center): Up only (runs all the time).
    • Concourse level to Eglinton Ave south side entrance: Up only (runs all the time).
    • Eglinton Ave south side entrance to Concourse level: Down only (runs all the time).

  • Southbound: This train is heading towards Vaughan Metropolitan Centre via Union Station. It will arrive at the platform in the next 10 minutes.
  • Northbound: This train is traveling towards Finch Station. It will arrive at the platform within the next 5 minutes.
